Not a lot is known about Cipher, other then "he" (we don't really know) is a survivor and a trooper! He was found by his caretakers as a stray when it flew to one of their shoulders and wouldn't leave. They've been doing all they can to properly care for him, but they're simply not equipped to do so for much longer. He's very sweet and quite tame. He chooses not to fly, probably due to an old injury where he lost an eye. We're hoping the right person or family steps up to give him a much-needed new lease on life. What an awesome little bird!
