The owner said:When he's sleepy he'll scratch his head and say, "Awwww. Koko." In a really sweet voice. Sometimes he likes having people around him but he really dislikes people touching his cage or getting into his cage.

It started 11 years ago and we have been trying to work with him but it has reached a point that we can't work around it anymore. He has also started continuously screaming and we are unable to provide the attention he requires.
